Goodbye Old Friend!

You know how sad it is when an old friend is on her way out.  She moans and groans and leaks now and then.  But, she has aged well.  She really looks just about as good as she did the day she came to live with us.  This old friend has been with us for 38 years, has moved with us 8 times and crossed the great pond to reside for a time in England.  She had to be reworked to function there as many of us had to learn a new English language.  But, throughout it all she has served us well.  It is sad to see her go, but she had a good life and made a positive difference in our lives while with us. Kenmore Washer, you will be missed.  I just hope your Maytag sister can do as well.  We'll see.
